* All orders are shipped USPS or UPS (not to post office boxes) within 3-5 business days.
* Shipping and handling charges will be added after proceeding to checkout. All orders shipped will include tracking numbers to be sent to customers.
* All international orders will need to contact us prior to ordering as there will be increased s/h charges.
We make every effort to ship orders complete. If a product is delayed, we will ship the partial order, and then follow-up with the shipment of the backorder. Retail customers will be charged shipping only on their initial partial order.
